The Freedom Flyer Reunion is an annual celebration recognizing the incredible service of Air Force Prisoners of War during the Vietnam War, their honorable return, and their connection with the 12th Flying Training Wing during Operation Homecoming. To date, the 560th Flying Training Squadron has returned 198 Air Force Prisoners of War to the air. This year celebrates the 44th anniversary of Operation Homecoming in which 29 men returned to the United States from captivity.
